BVHT Inc. -- also known as Beaver Valley Heat Treating -- is an independently-owned steel heat treating facility located in Monaca, PA, 25 miles northwest of Pittsburgh along the Ohio River and easily accessible via Route 51 and Interstate 376.The company operates under the direction of President Michael Pitterich, who has owned it since 1992, and Eric Withers, who has served as General Manager for the past 11 years. 

At its 90,000 square foot plant in the heart of Monaca’s industrial district, BVHT Inc. features both atmospheric controlled (six zones) and direct fire roller hearth furnaces and its thermal heat treating capabilities include annealing, normalizing and stress relieving. Additional services provided include the straightening of rounds, flats, squares and coils, cleaning processes such as shot blasting and pickling, plus oiling, saw cutting and hardness testing.
